Joe has been entrenched in the Real Estate industry since 1982, licensed as a Commercial Real Estate broker specialized in finance and investment sales. Out of college he worked for the European Health Spas and was promoted rapidly into management after one year. He went on to set a national sales record at which time he bought his first Health Club, built a second, started a national franchise and exercise Equipment Company, chartered a bank and sold it all in a ten year period. Joe brings the same aggressive forward thinking to every transaction. He has the ability to analyze creatively and move quickly in any market.
